Only Two Of You Remain
Only Two of You Remain is a game focused on narration and cooperative storytelling. Inspired by A Single Moment by Tobie Abad and such works as Dark Souls and LOST, this RPG allows the Players to tell a grand story of a millennia-long conflict between two powerful beings and their destined confrontation.
I did not know about this game and this was among the One-Page RPG Game Jam 2024. Happy that my humble creation has inspired more things out there. May that never end.

METALMORPHOSIS : one shot session
Who knew a survival horror game can be so fun?!?! Similar to movies like Cube and Saw, Metalmorphosis invites you to imagine what would you do if you woke up one day and found yourself trapped in a massive machine that seems to be out to kill you? And worse, you remember NOTHING about who you are!
Despite some wonkiness with the internet and schedules making the game a tricky prospect, we were able to run through this game as one of the livestreamed shows in Denmother Plays Twitch channel. Hopefully, the youtube post of that session is up soon so those who missed the stream can watch it.
The game uses a lighter version of the Powered by the Apocalypse system and adds a great randomizer element which empowers both the GM and the players to just focus on the fun! Loved this game. Wouldn't be against someday trying a mini-campaign with this exploring even the player characters' recovering their memories.

A Single Moment, A Second Moment featured in RPG with DBJ
Was surprised to find this very in-depth review of my two books, A Single Moment, and A Second Moment, which honestly nearly brought me to happy tears. The evident excitement in how each portion of the rules, each playset, and each chapter is explored, I really appreciate how comprehensive the DBJ studies the goals of the game and the structure of its rules. Thank you so much for really digging deep and seeing the gems embedded in the game.
Come watch the review!

YESTERDAY'S TOMORROW : One shot session
Pulp has always been a genre of heroic storytelling which I always enjoyed. The way science, romance, and action blend so well with mystery and magic brings so much happiness in my heart.
We had a game where the heroes gathered to mourn the loss of a major hero, only to realize that his secret antagonist was one of the closest and dear friends.
It was definitely a game system that needs people ready to embrace shared narrative control. And offers quite an experience for possible long-time play.
And yay, another game to my 12 New Games for the Year!
